This section is specific to the mobile games we have released, and should be treated as an addition to everything else on this page rather than its own isolated section.

Platforms and IAPs

Our games can be found on many different platforms, so for simplicity we have listed these platforms here along with their respective privacy policies. When it comes to In App Purchases (IAPs), they are controlled through the supporting platform. We do NOT store your purchases on a database, or anywhere else for that matter. Nor do we store your purchasing details, such as your card or service details, such as PayPal.

In some of our games, we have chosen to use the free model. It allows us to target a wider audience, but unfortunately requires us to produce revenue in other ways. One of the ways in which we create revenue is through advertising.

So far, we have used the Unity Ads service to supply our advertising, the privacy policy of which can be found here. We use Unity Ads as they are a trusted service. It should be noted that, by default, targeted advertising within our games is enabled through Unity Ads. You can, at any point, turn this off when an advert is shown. Turning this off will disable targeted advertising for this device, and will therefore receive randomised adverts instead. We advise keeping this turned on so as to see adverts for external services that may be of more interest to you.

Our games may also make use of data analytics, which is essentially collecting data when certain events occur in-game. For example, when selecting a different character in Pixel Path, we track what character is selected. This allows us to see which characters are popular, so that in future we can release new characters that may also be popular.

Currently, our games use Unity Analytics for this service as they do not pry and only collect the essential data. Their privacy policy can be found here.

If any of our games use notifications, you will have the ability to turn them off through the settings on your mobile device. We use notifications to alert you of various goings on within the game world that we wouldn't want you missing out on.

What Information Do We Collect?

There is a range of data that is collected for various reasons (see the next part for details), here is a list of what is collected by us or our third parties.

Please note that this is not a comprehensive list, we just wanted to highlight the important data collection aspects. For a more concise listing, we would advise looking into the privacy policies of the various third parties we use. These have been lsited and linked throughout this page.

Use of Information

The information collected above is used for the following reasons:

Please note that we have the right to modify and update this as we deem necessary. So we recommend checking back here regularly to make sure you are still happy with the policy. If you are on the site after we have changed our policy, you will receive the notification to accept once again. This is to bring attention the fact that a change has occurred. If you use one of our services, we would advise checking back regularly.
